1. Booking & Payment Terms
- All bookings are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
- Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the due date provided.
- By making a payment, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy, regardless of the booking platform used.
2. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms
- Reservations made through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to their policies, which may differ from those of Go Local-n-Beyond.
- Regardless of the platform used, once a booking has been processed and confirmed by Go Local-n-Beyond, this policy applies, and any refund requests or disputes must be handled accordingly.
- Canceling a booking through a third-party platform does not automatically cancel financial obligations owed to Go Local-n-Beyond. If a cancellation fee applies, the customer is responsible for it.
3. Payments Made Over the Phone, Text, or Payment Link
- Customers opting to make payments via phone, text message, or through a secure payment link agree to the following:
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email or text upon successful processing.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify payment details and notify Go Local-n-Beyond immediately of any discrepancies.
- Payments made through these channels are subject to the same terms outlined in this policy, including booking, cancellation, and dispute terms.
- Payment Authorization: By providing payment information through these methods, customers authorize Go Local-n-Beyond to process the payment and acknowledge acceptance of this policy.
- Chargebacks and Disputes: Payments processed over the phone, text, or link are treated the same as online payments, and chargeback policies apply accordingly.
4. Personal Data Consent & Processing
- Data Collection & Purpose: By making a booking or payment with Go Local-n-Beyond, customers consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information (such as name, contact details, payment information, and travel preferences) for the purposes of:
- Processing reservations and payments.
- Communicating booking confirmations, updates, and necessary information.
- Complying with legal, regulatory, and security obligations.
- Data Storage & Security:
- Personal data is securely stored and used solely for booking-related purposes.
- Sensitive information, including payment details, is encrypted and protected to ensure the highest security standards.
- Third-Party Sharing:
- Personal information may be shared with trusted partners (e.g., hotels, tour operators, activity providers) to fulfill travel services.
- Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to process bookings and deliver services.
- Marketing Communication:
- Customers may opt-in to receive promotional emails or offers from Go Local-n-Beyond. Consent for marketing communication is separate from booking consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Customer Rights:
- Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the provider (hotels, vacation rentals, tours, activities, etc.). Customers must review and acknowledge the cancellation terms before booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the provider’s policy and processing fees. Go Local-n-Beyond does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Cancellation fees may be charged based on supplier agreements and booking terms. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we MAY impose cancellation charges as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
- 15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost*
- 7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost*
- 6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost*
- 48 hours or fewer before departure – 100% of tour cost*
- or deposit if greater.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
To prevent unauthorized chargebacks, customers acknowledge that:
- They have reviewed and agreed to the cancellation policy before completing their booking.
- All services are prepaid and fulfilled as described. Refunds or modifications are subject to supplier terms.
- Disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the service provider. Go Local-n-Beyond will facilitate communication but is not liable for provider-related issues.
- Filing a chargeback without prior communication will be considered fraudulent and contested with supporting documentation.
- Customers disputing valid charges acknowledge that chargebacks do not override contractual agreements. Go Local-n-Beyond will provide banks with proof of payment authorization, agreed-upon terms, and cancellation policies.
7. Booking Confirmation & Documentation
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with booking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details and notify us immediately if corrections are needed.
- Travel documents (vouchers, itineraries, etc.) will be provided according to supplier guidelines.
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
9. Customer Acknowledgment
By booking with Go Local-n-Beyond, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this policy.
- Go Local-n-Beyond is not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, government restrictions, or supplier-related issues.
- Customers agree that they are bound by our policies, even when booking through third-party platforms.
